The problem
You need to see a record created, rejected when invalid, and listed. Sign-in is out of scope unless the brief adds it and says so.
Sample request
Plan an API and small admin prototype for a fictional service catalogue. Each service has a name, description and active flag. Use sample records. Include validation and a documented way to run it locally. Explain any missing authentication.
What to check
You can see a real response from the local server, an invalid record fails clearly, and the page states that authentication is missing if it is.
Limit
Production hosting, access control, backups, and monitoring are further work.
