EXAMPLE

A customer-app prototype

A brief you could give the chat. Not a completed customer project.

A phone held against a sunset.
Illustration for the example. Not a screenshot of a finished build.

Proposed example. It has not been built and recorded as a BitBytec case study.

Who it is for

A founder or executive who wants to click a customer journey before commissioning more of it.

The problem

People need to see the list, the detail, and one action. Accounts and live maps would hide whether the basic journey works.

Sample request

Plan a simple app for members of a local walking club. They can browse sample walks, view the distance and meeting point, and save a favourite locally. Use sample data. Leave accounts, payments and live maps outside this first version.

What to check

You can move from the list to a detail, the text is readable, a favourite can be saved without an account, and you know which preview you actually opened.

Limit

A prototype does not establish store readiness, customer-data handling, or a live service.
