GUIDE
Connect your chat
The connector runs on your Mac and talks only to this computer. Your chat uses it. Bitbytec does not sign you into a shared cloud.

The Mac app has to be open
The connector listens on this Mac, and only on this Mac. If Bitbytec is closed, the chat has nowhere to deliver a blueprint. Open the app first, then talk.
You connect your own assistant
ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor each have their own place to add a connector. Bitbytec can copy the small block of settings for the one you use. That block points at the connector on your machine. It does not contain a Bitbytec password, and it is not an account you share with anyone else.
The desk also looks for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and Grok. It shows which ones it can see, and the install command for one it cannot. It does not run that install.
What the chat is allowed to ask

The chat can ask whether the Mac is ready, send a blueprint, and later ask how a project is going. Sending a blueprint creates an offer. It does not start the coding agent. Starting still requires Accept on the Mac.
The connector does not hand the chat your mail password, your database password, or the keys in the project env file.
